A tailoring business run on paper and memory.

A growing tailoring operation in Pakistan was managing orders, measurements, inventory, and customer history by hand. As the client list grew, appointments slipped, fabric went untracked, and repeat customers fell through the cracks.

They didn't need a fancy tool — they needed one system their whole shop could actually rely on, built and shipped end to end.

One app, the whole shop.

We designed and built a full-stack management system covering the entire workflow — from booking to delivery.

  • Mapped the daily shop routine to find where orders were lost.
  • Built customer profiles with saved measurements for instant reorders.
  • Added inventory and order tracking so nothing goes missing.
  • Shipped a mobile-first app the team uses on the floor, every day.

From chaos to a single source of truth.

The system turned scattered notes into structured records. Tailors pull up a customer's history in seconds, managers see live order status, and the shop finally runs on data instead of guesswork.

Within the first stretch of launch, the platform was actively serving 300+ users — proof that a focused, well-built tool beats a generic one.

Shipped, and actually used.
