One view, not five tabs.

Canvs AI turns messy customer feedback into clear, actionable data for top brands. Many users need to compare results across different campaigns, but they were stuck "tab-hopping" — switching between multiple screens just to spot trends. A clunky, frustrating process.

Our goal: bring everything into one view. Make it easy to compare surveys side-by-side so users see the full picture at a single glance.

From pain points to principles.

The pain point reported by customers: "I am frustrated to keep 5 browser tabs open to compare different surveys."

Facilities for users:

  • See everything at once — compare emotions, topics, and codes side-by-side.
  • Customize their view — choose what they want to see instead of pre-defined metrics.
  • Conduct competitor analysis — benchmark performance against rivals for strategic insight.
  • Analyze different user segments — understand how specific groups respond to stimuli.
  • Drill down easily — filter results by emotions or topics.
  • Combine different surveys — stop looking at one survey at a time.

3 things to keep in mind:

  • Dual-version feature — escape pre-defined metrics; let users choose what they see.
  • Curated selection of metrics — present a curated set that surfaces the user's most favourable outcomes across surveys.
  • Clarity with metric limits — avoid information overload; limiting upfront metrics prevents a messy UI and overwhelmed users.
